My newest work... Something simple and soothing. I wanted a lot of empty space here, to kind of focus in on the small area of light, the moon lighting and disappearing behind the clouds. I also wanted a very dreamy feel, obviously, so I had lots of light-haloing type stuff, the gentle glow around almost everything. Why didn't I work in stars, you ask? Well, a moon that bright would probably blot them out due to light pollution, and more importantly--they'd prolly destroy the image, at least as far as I can tell. I like it, and it's my current wallpaper (I feel a little weird, using one of my own wallpapers.... kind of cocky... eh. )
that is sooo beautiful!! it makes me want to . i do see a problem, however. It seems like the clouds just sort of abruptly end under the moon. I thought they should sort of taper off if you know what I mean. Like this:

yeah, kind of like that. Otherwise, it's absolutely stunning! So calming and peaceful.
it looks great, nice and simple and serene. the clouds look great, did you make themn yourself again? moon looks good but kinda flat :/ guess thats fine since it adds to the soft feel. overall great peice,
wow this is gorgeous...i like the vast feel of it and all the soothing colors. nice work...im going to have to try some of your tutorials some time, because i love this.
Excellent stuff. Eloquent, even -- the glow on the moon is a great touch, and the clouds work perfectly. The sky being devoid of stars only strengthens the mood; you're right, putting anything else up there would've marred the picture. Great work. /+fav

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
